General information about the Team
The full name of our team is “Omnichannel Marketing & Customer Experience Management” and we are a department in Global Marketing at Kulzer.
Our team is led by Anna Bauer and consists of 8 colleagues and one temporary colleague.
Our team provides and continuously develops communication channels and tools for the digital customer touchpoints with Kulzer. We strive to create the best possible digital Customer Experiences together with you. We do this based on the needs and requirements of our customer and the local Kulzer marketing teams – enabling them to perform efficiently in the digital marketing field. We consult, train and support the users in channel excellence.
We help to build integrated omni-channel campaigns and to analyze the performance and results of digital channels and campaigns.
Together with our marketing and sales peers, we are driving data-based Marketing Automation / Inbound Marketing forward at Kulzer, by providing the necessary global connected system landscape and processes.

Website Management
We use the First Spirit programme to edit and create websites and landingpages. If you have not yet received access to this programme, please contact us via the digital mailbox > digitalmarketing@kulzer-dental.com
We have tutorials for all FirstSpirit content on our trainingpage in the form of step-by-step instructions, videos or explanations.

To give you a good introduction to social media management at Kulzer, we have put together a range of information for you.

Mandatory guide for every employee at Kulzer that provides information on how to behave in the social media.

Here we define what our profiles should look like and which branding guidelines must be followed in social media.
Social media advertising is also an important component of social media, as only a minimal percentage of your target group can be reached with organic content. That's why we have a “How To video” for you here, which shows you step by step how to create an ad campaign in the Meta Ad Manage.

At Kulzer, we work with two key tools in social media management – Facelift, a social media management tool and Canva - as a tool for global image design. Below you will find further information and training material on these two tools.
Facelift:
Facelift is one software for almost everything. You can manage all activities on Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok more centrally and efficiently. This makes the work of every social media admin and editor a lot more efficient. Features are e.g

Canva:
We use Canva for image editing and to translate texts in the image into the local language, for example. There are also brand templates that make it easier for you to create your own content. Canva helps us to implement the framework conditions of the Social Media Styleguide. These include:
